How do you think this is better from the usual reading work shop?
It is better for them because they are with their reading level groups. We also have parent volunteers come in to help guide them.
What are your students reading?
We are reading from the Wonders books and for the higher leveled kids we are reading chapter books

How do you like it, more or less than the regular reading workshop?
"I like it more than the regular reading because it helps us with our sentences and writing skills" says one of Mrs. Lyman's students.
Some of the students were reading Junie B. Jones and All About Sharks. When the students hear the bell they know it means switch.
If you happen to stop by you should know it is from
11:50 to 1:15. If you would like to learn more go to The Daily Cafe.
